Missed Deadlines – Orders Delivered Late:

If your order is delayed, please contact our support team for assistance. If the delay is not justifiable, we are open to issuing a refund.

  • If the work is delivered after your selected deadline and becomes unusable, and if it’s confirmed that the content is original and unused, a full refund or store credit will be issued.
  • If you use the content after the deadline and only a few marks are deducted, a partial refund may be granted upon submission of proof.
  • You must actively participate in the resolution process. If you fail to respond to queries within 12 hours or provide insufficient information causing delays, refund claims will be denied.
  • Delays caused by the assigned expert may entitle you to a partial refund (20% to 50%), considering that the expert has already been paid in advance.
